Delivery Information

Perfetto Sales P/L strives to effectively reduce costs for its valued clients wherever possible.

For postage-free delivery on orders placed online:

  • Trade customers – the order amount must be over $200 (ex GST)* 
  • Public customers – the order amount must be over $99 (ex GST) * 

* - Free Shipping on one box only up to 20kg (extra boxes charged accordingly). 

*  - Free shipping for Trade purchases only applies for NSW orders and excludes equipment, furniture items and dangerous goods. 

For TRADE purchases - we do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers or locked bags.

 

We encourage our customers to consider coverage for loss or damage of their items. A small amount can give you insurance that you will receive the goods as ordered.

Please understand that if cover is not taken then Perfetto Sales P/L can’t be held liable or responsible for replacement if the products are lost, damaged or stolen in anyway once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

 

If you are unsure whether or not you will be home to receive the parcel you can give us the” Authority To Leave” the parcel without a signature. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have given us the “Authority To Leave” and the parcel goes missing, it is not the responsibility of Perfetto Sales P/L to reimburse the customer for loss of goods.

 

Perfetto will dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from time of order, unless stock availability is an issue in which case you will be contacted promptly, and normally takes 2 to 7 business days for items to be delivered.  Times are estimated on orders that are placed before 12:30 PM AEST.

Delivery lead times will be based on location.  Delivery areas further away from Newcastle and rural addresses will result in longer lead times. 

Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

 

All orders are supplied with a Tracking Number and can be traced by clicking on the link provided once your orders are despatched.
